With an enamored dedication to proximity ingredients, they compose 70% of his menu. The restaurant’s debut at Muelle Uno in 2011 marked the culmination of García’s culinary dreams. Guided by José Carlos García and his wife, Lourdes Luque, the restaurant operates with an 18-member team, maintaining an orchestration of precision and excellence.

Reflecting his culinary philosophy, the restaurant’s wine collection celebrates local treasures alongside champagne, sherry, and limited editions, catering to both connoisseurs and budget-conscious patrons.

 

García’s culinary haven, adorned with a Michelin star and two Repsol suns, fulfills his dream and serves as a global showcase for his gastronomy.
