Originally owned by José Bayona, the property passes through daughters and nieces, maintaining its character and charm. The last in this line, Juana, takes a different approach, breaking tradition to ensure fairness among her siblings.
Over the years, Juana and her husband undertook a meticulous renovation, shaping the landscape into the breathtaking venue it is today. The lush greenery, the serene lake, and the emblematic small tower contribute to the charm of Finca La Torreta de Bayona.
For the past 11 years, this hidden gem has opened its doors to host weddings. A testament to its timeless appeal, the estate now stands among the many venues that celebrate love and union.

THE FINCA
With over 30,000 square meters, the estate features modern facilities seamlessly integrating into gardens, groves, fountains, and a magnificent lake with cascades. The 17th-century tower, repurposed as a rustic farmhouse, adds a touch of Alicante’s heritage to the venue.
Landscape Architect David Jiménez currently designs the space, offering multifunctional areas, including pine groves, meadows, and a large glass-walled hall for gatherings of up to 300 people. It’s a venue that adapts to the preferences of each client, making it perfect for celebrations year-round.
The estate boasts a gravel parking area, illuminating and enclosing, even resistant to rain. It includes a wooden kiosk for refreshments, two waterfalls, and a 2,300 square meter lake. The gardens feature iron, wood, and rattan garden furniture.
