TA-KUMI: A Culinary Fusion of Japanese Craftsmanship and Spanish Flair

The journey of taste unfolds as Toshio Tsutsui, hailing from Fukuoka, Japan, brings his experience from Los Angeles’ Mikado and Palma de Mallorca’s luxury hotel kitchen. Here, he crossed paths with Álvaro Arbeloa, whose culinary voyage meandered through Japanese kitchens in Shanghai and Uruguay. Their harmonious collaboration is supported by their talented wives, Emi Noda and Anabel Amuendo, and a dedicated team led by Juan Sánchez, ensuring every patron’s desire is met, whether in Marbella or their sister establishment in Málaga.

 

The menu presents a kaleidoscope of choices—Starters, Tartar, Tataki, Sashimi, Nigiri, Uramaki, Temaki, Gyozas, Tempura, Fish, and Meat dishes.
